Standard 3 day registration:

Day registration:
All conference sessions for one day, morning and afternoon tea, lunch, conference satchel and welcome function if registered on Friday 16 August 2024.

Nurse registration:
Nurse Programme, all conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunch and Welcome Function

Exhibitor registration:
All conference sessions, conference programme, list of participants, name badges, morning and afternoon teas, lunch and Welcome Function

Spouses registration:
All conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunch and Welcome Function.

All delegates will receive written confirmation of their conference registration once received and payment has been processed. Registration will not be processed unless accompanied by full payment.

If you need to cancel your registration for the GPCME conference, you have the option to transfer your registration to someone else. Please notify the General Practice Conference & Medical Exhibition ("GPCME") or its agent, Conference Matters, in writing. If you are unable to find a replacement, you can receive a full refund, excluding an administration charge of $150.00, but this is only applicable if the cancellation notice is received at least 30 days before the conference. After this deadline, refunds will be at the discretion of GPCME . In case the conference is canceled due to reasons beyond the control of GPCME or for delegate health and safety, the registration fee will be refunded after deducting expenses already incurred by GPCME .
